WEBCare (West End & Bisley Care & Good Neighbour Group) is up and running.  When family and friends cannot lend a hand, WEBCare volunteers are happy to help with shopping, collecting prescriptions, a friendly phone call, or running errands, eg, posting something. Please just ask.

Covid precautions are in place for transport and we would ask that masks are worn.  Similarly, we cannot provide transport where mobility aids, eg, rollators, would need a volunteer to place these in the boot of a car.

Our normal voluntary contributions to cover costs are requested but these are voluntary and for anyone who needs transport to a Covid vaccination or assistance because they still have to shield the voluntary contributions are waived.  Please click here for a full list of the suggested voluntary contributions.

Volunteering with us, you can do as much or as little as you like and there are no set times.  It’s a great way to support those in our local communities who need a practical, helping hand to stay independent, regardless of age.
