Please call us on weekdays between 10am and 12 noon to request assistance. The friendly Duty Officer will take the details of what you require and then look for a volunteer to provide the service. They will then contact you with the details of the volunteer and anything else you need to know. If no volunteer can be found, they will also let you know in order for you to make other arrangements.
The Duty Officer will provide you with the suggested donation amount – this is at your discretion and can be handed to the volunteer on the day.
We are here to help members of our community live independently.
